Jennifer Aniston Getting Friendly With Ken Wilber
Word on the street (well, not the street, perhaps, but definitely in the virtual philosophical circles I hang out in) is that Jennifer Aniston has agreed to star in the film adaptation of Grace and Grit, the true story about the life, struggle with cancer, and death of philosopher Ken Wilber's wife Treya. According to Ken Wilber's blog, Aniston's producing partner, Kristin Hahn, took a copy of the book to a meeting a while back, and Jen got all excited and said, "I know that book, what are you doing with that book?" Seems Aniston and ex-hubby Brad Pitt used to read the book to each other back in the day, and found it inspiring. Various things led to other things, Hahn paid a visit to Wilber, and next thing you know Aniston had agreed to play Treya in the film, which is in early pre-prod at the moment, with drafts of the screenplay being written. I wonder if she'll actually shave her head for the role, or if they'll do the bald cap thing?
This is big, big, biggity-big news in the world of Integral Institute, the philosophical think-tank co-founded by Wilber, and among Wilber's legions of fans. Wilber has been approached before about making the leap into the waters of mainstream media production, but he's always held back, in part due to the sheer amount of extra work it will take to fend off media inquiries, interview requests, and all that fun stuff. Apparently, though, with his newest book, Integral Spirituality, set to hit bookstores in October, and the founding of Integral University underway, Wilber has decided the time is right to dive in. Grace and Grit is a very personal story to Wilber, so I think it's likely that he'll retain at least a measure of control over the screenplay and final product. Could be interesting -- Aniston's involvement definitely takes the potential reach for the film to a higher level than anyone had previously imagined.
Now for the big question -- who will play Wilber (notTomCruisepleasenotTomCruise)? Any Wilber fans out there with strong feelings as to who should play the world's most prolific living bald philosopher?

LIFE STYLE EXTRA (UK) - Jennifer Aniston has hinted the cast of 'Friends' will reunite for a one-off special.
The actress confessed she "missed"
playing her character Rachel Green in the popular TV sitcom - which ran for 10 years and ended in May 2004 - and she would happily reprise her role for a holiday special.
She said: "The only thing I can think of doing is maybe for fun doing a Thanksgiving episode.
"Our Thanksgiving episodes were really fun."
The star revealed her wishes during an interview with Channel 4 chat show hosts Richard and Judy, which is due to air tonight (17.07.06).
Courteney Cox, Jennifer's co-star who played Monica Geller, recently fuelled rumours of a reunion when she said: "I can see us coming together for something like a Thanksgiving show. I think they would see each other every year."
During the interview Jennifer, who is currently in the UK promoting her new film 'The Break Up', also revealed that she had admired her boyfriend Vince Vaughn for years - although she refused to admit they were a couple.
When asked whether they were dating, she said: "Where did you here that?
"Listen he's a great man and so much fun. He's a really good actor and a comedian. The combination of the two make him so interesting to watch. I've been a fan of his for years."
My personal comment: We want FRIENDS back too, Jen! 
She is so cute, huh? I´m in love more with her now! We hope FRIENDS back someday and that Jen can be happy with Vince, they´re a beautiful and funny couple! Love them!

Jennifer Aniston chora ao falar de Brad Pitt
A atriz americana Jennifer Aniston revelou, em uma entrevista que vai ao ar nesta segunda-feira na rede de TV britânica Channel Four, que sente saudades da série Friends. Ela chorou ao falar de seu ex, o ator Brad Pitt.
Jennifer disse sentir falta da série e de sua personagem Rachel e que gostaria de fazer um episódio especial para o Dia de Ação de Graças. "Às vezes eu sinto falta", contou a atriz, que tem 37 anos.
"A única coisa que eu posso pensar em fazer é, talvez por curtição, um episódio do Dia de Ação de Graças. Nossos episódios de Dia de Ação de Graças eram realmente divertidos".
O último episódio da série, que ficou dez anos no ar e virou febre nos EUA, Brasil e outros países, foi em maio de 2004.
Courteney Cox, que fez Monica, também disse, recentemente, que poderia fazer um especial para a mesma data, uma das mais tradicionais do calendário americano.
Jennifer chorou durante a entrevista ao falar de sua vida amorosa e de seu rompido casamento com Brad Pitt, agora casado com a atriz Angelina Jolie, com quem acabou de ter uma filha.
Sobre seu suposto novo romance, o ator Vince Vaughn, com quem dividiu o set no filme Separados pelo casamento, ela foi discreta. "É um grande homem, um grande amigo, um grande ator e muito divertido."
No mês passado, Jennifer confessou a um jornal britânico que esperava que um dia ela e Brad fossem amigos de novo e que iria amá-lo para sempre.
